Founder and Managing Principal

Mark represents clients in a wide range of general litigation matters, with a concentration in family law.

With nearly two decades of experience, Mark focuses on assisting clients meet their goals and navigate a difficult process.

Mark earned his Juris Doctor from University of Dayton and is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Mark obtained his undergraduate degree from DePauw University. He was raised in Cincinnati and is a graduate of St. Xavier High School. Part of his passion for the practice of law stems from his late Father, who served as a Magistrate in Hamilton County for decades.

In addition to operating as a partner in the firm, Mark serves as the Prosecutor for Springboro, Bellbrook and is the Magistrate in Monroe. Mark also serves as the prosecutor for a number of local jurisdictions in Greene County, through Xenia Municipal Court, and was honored to act as visiting prosecutor in Lebanon and, most recently, West Carrollton, successfully arguing before the Ohio Supreme Court. He has also sat as law director for a village within Warren County.

Prior to joining the firm Mark worked in private practice in Centerville. He clerked for Judge Oliver of the Warren County Dometic Relations Court and also worked at the Montgomery County Child Support Enforcement Agency. He served and was qualified as a Guardian ad Litem and has worked consistently with the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati Volunteer Lawyer’s project.
