He handles matters involving civil litigation, criminal defense, domestic relations, and juvenile matters, serving clients throughout southwestern Ohio.
Chase is a Warren County native. He attended the Ohio State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. For law school, Chase attended the University of Dayton School of Law.
While attending the University of Dayton School of Law, Chase was a member of the leadership honors program, served as a student ambassador for the university, and was a member of the moot court board. He competed in national moot court competitions and was awarded best oral advocate at the 2019 Regional Competition.
During his third year of law school, Chase joined Smith & Webb as a law clerk. He worked as a law clerk until he passed the bar exam, becoming a third-generation attorney in his family.
Chase has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. He is committed to providing thorough representation and working tirelessly to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. In addition to his private practice, Chase serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Village of Waynesville Mayor’s Court and as the law director for the City of South Lebanon.
In his spare time, Chase enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, and stand-up comedy shows with friends and family.
Chase Kirby is admitted to practice law in Ohio and has been a member of the Ohio Bar since 2020. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio, where he participated on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Leadership Honors Program. Chase completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 2017.
